Join Elisa for this special hammock workshop!

Get a focused class on foundations and moves needed to take your training to the next level. This workshop is geared for those with existing aerial yoga/hammock experience who are looking to move up into Intermediate Aerial Yoga Flow.

$45 for 90 minutes of instruction.

Prerequisites:

For students have Three months in Aerial yoga
Or currently in Pole level 1-2
Or currently Lyra 1-2
