All Levels Flexibility with Lara Michaels

This workshop will cover comprehensive stretching and muscle activation techniques, with a focus on hips, splits, straddles, upper chest and back, and total spine flexibility. Yoga blocks and straps recommended. Don't have em? A towel will substitute for a strap, and books, chairs, or free weights can work to substitute for yoga blocks. All levels welcome, beginners to contortionists.
