Most new students will want to start with Intro to Pole or Aerial Yoga, before expanding to other classes.
If you’re looking for additional classes or are a seasoned aerialist/poler, check out our weekly drop-in schedule.
Don’t forget to review our COVID policies. We require masks and proof of vaccination for all participants.

Ascendance is a nonprofit pole and aerial studio located in downtown Renton. We offer classes in Pole, Aerial Yoga, Lyra, Flexibility and Conditioning, and so much more!
We are an inclusive community welcoming movement seekers of all experience levels, shapes, abilities, and backgrounds.
You do not have to be fit or a certain size to enjoy our classes - we cater to adult learners just like you!
This isn’t about us though. We’re here to dance with you - to support, empower, and encourage you in your movement journeys.
Our in-studio class, studio rental, and private lesson options meet you wherever you are.

We are a Safe Place
The Renton PD Safe Place Program offers victims of hate crimes shelter if they are feeling unsafe – a place where they are welcomed, they can call the police, and wait until officers arrive. Through partnerships with local businesses and organizations, Renton PD Safe Place program decal provides a visual clue for anyone experiencing violence or harassment based on their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
